Reflection

9-11 - 27 push ups, 27 squats
9-13 - 28 push ups, 28 squats

I finally reached my limit on consecutive push ups, so not sure where I go from here. In order for me to get to 50 push ups, I guess I'll go every other day and if necessary, break my push ups into two sets. That should do it for the short term.

I'll concentrate on that and getting down below 270 by month end.

God I am Weak

Today's Weight: 277 pounds

9-1 - 10 push ups 9-2 - 12 push ups
9-3 - 14 push ups 9-4 - 16 push ups
9-5 - 18 push ups 9-6 - 20 push ups
9-7 - 22 push ups 9-8 - 25 push ups
9-10 - 26 push ups

Took a break from push ups yesterday and came back today with 26. Then after nearly dying of exhaustion, I got my act together and did 26 squats. It's going to take awhile to get back my endurance.

Eating is what it is. I am maintaining, but that needs to change.

Today's weight: 277 pounds

Got up this morning and put together a run of 25 push ups and 25 squats. Out of breath, but happy I got it out of the way. I may have to start breaking the push ups into to sets to get to 50. I'm almost at my peak.

Rise in the Thighs

Whoops! Jumped in weight to 279 pounds. I'll have to moderate myself to get back on track. Got in my push ups, and after looking at my ass in the mirror, I added some squats to my repertoire. Please don't hate me cuz I'm corpulent.

Sending Out Food for Thought

Made a little progress today. What I really need to do is concentrate on staying focused. Hailing Dr Chopra! Save me from myself! "Human consciousness is being, feeling, thinking, and doing." I'm just not smart enough to understand that stuff, so I'll channel my thoughts and hopefully Dr Chopra will hear me, enter my head, go to my stomach and fill it with fullness.

Fat Plateau

9-1 - 10 push ups
9-2 - 12 push ups
9-3 - 14 push ups

Knocked out 14 push ups this morning...feeling a bit stronger for it. I'm just taking it slow and easy. Today's weight: 277 pounds. Another plateau that I need to bang my head through. Once I get my head through it, I'll work on my waist. Banging my waist through the plateau might be tough. I've been stuck before, so maybe I can grease myself and slide through.

Just started my push up program, with the goal of getting to 50 consecutive push ups. Started yesterday at 10, and today I did 12. Let's see where this takes me. I should add ticker.
