Pledge Broken - Starting Again

Today's Weight: 292 pounds

Yesterday's Calories: 4035 calories
Yesterday's Net Carbs: 124 net carbs

I broke my promise of staying below 100 net carbs. Really, I blame it all on my wife - she shouldn't have left the brownie bites on the table for me to see. She knows better. Because I had three, it put me over the 100 mark.

While the calories were high, I'm not worried, but must stay in carb control mode. I'm surprised my weight didn't shoot up more, and that's a true blessing.

Today I pledge to stay under 100 net carbs while utilizing Fitday to keep track of my eating behavior. I pledge to also keep track of my steps so that I can get back over 10,000 steps per day.

Monday's Promise

It's a new week. Nuff said about that.

Today's weight: 294 pounds

I promise today to keep track of my food intake utilizing the Fitday tool. I also promise to keep my net carbs under 100. If I do that, I have a shot at regaining control of myself.
