9-2 - 12 push ups
9-3 - 14 push ups
9-4 - 16 push ups
9-5 - 18 push ups
9-6 - 20 push ups
9-7 - 22 push ups
9-8 - 25 push ups
Today's weight: 277 pounds
Got up this morning and put together a run of 25 push ups and 25 squats. Out of breath, but happy I got it out of the way. I may have to start breaking the push ups into to sets to get to 50. I'm almost at my peak.
