Rise in the Thighs

9-1 - 10 push ups
9-2 - 12 push ups
9-3 - 14 push ups
9-4 - 16 push ups
9-5 - 18 push ups

Whoops! Jumped in weight to 279 pounds. I'll have to moderate myself to get back on track. Got in my push ups, and after looking at my ass in the mirror, I added some squats to my repertoire. Please don't hate me cuz I'm corpulent.
