9-11 - 27 push ups, 27 squats
9-13 - 28 push ups, 28 squats
I finally reached my limit on consecutive push ups, so not sure where I go from here. In order for me to get to 50 push ups, I guess I'll go every other day and if necessary, break my push ups into two sets. That should do it for the short term.
I'll concentrate on that and getting down below 270 by month end.
