Fat Plateau

9-1 - 10 push ups
9-2 - 12 push ups
9-3 - 14 push ups

Knocked out 14 push ups this morning...feeling a bit stronger for it. I'm just taking it slow and easy. Today's weight: 277 pounds. Another plateau that I need to bang my head through. Once I get my head through it, I'll work on my waist. Banging my waist through the plateau might be tough. I've been stuck before, so maybe I can grease myself and slide through.
