On the Cusp

Today's Weight:  260 pounds

I never did get a chance to go to the gym for my leg and ab workout--fortunately I did get in the jump rope session.  The great news about jumping rope is that you can do it in a short amount of time and reap some amazing benefits. 

Once again I must realize that I have not established this as a habit, having only recently started this.
