Wheat-Free this Weekend - NOT!

Today's Weight:  261 pounds

Broke down on Friday and had a cheese danish, McDonald's McChickens, McDoubles, and Girl Scout Cookies (Peanut Butter Cremes).  I'm amazed that I didn't gain more weight.  My goal is to get back on track with this wheat-free lifestyle and get the carb percent down back below 20%.  Caloric intake increased by about 1000 per day, just by given in to wheat.  Less control.

Once again, I will fight the good fight.
