January 2: 288 pounds
Dropped back into the 280's after starting out the new year at 292. Yesterday was a low carb day which consisted of protein drinks, some eggs and bacon, and smoked trout. I managed to hang tough and today is more of the same. So far I've had two protein drinks, some liverwurst, and some American cheese. We'll see how the rest of the day goes.
